Our Refund Policies

NEW MERCHANDISE - Generally we do not provide refunds or exchanges on merchandise, except in a few cases:

  • Damage - If an item arrives broken or damaged, we will provide a refund, as long as you send us an email with a picture of the broken or damaged item within 24 hours of receipt of your package. We will issue a credit to your account for that item upon review and determination that a refund is appropriate.
  • Incorrect Item(s) - In the event we ship the wrong merchandise to you, we will offer you the opportunity to keep it, in which case we may (at our discretion) offer a partial account credit as compensation for the inconvenience. You may also choose to return it to us (at your expense) and receive a full credit to your account, which does not include the return shipping cost.
  • Incorrect Item Count(s) - We do our best to ensure accuracy in our shipping but will occasionally make mistakes and ship an incorrect ordered quantity. In such cases we may, at our discretion, offer an account credit for the missing item(s).

LIQUIDATED MERCHANDISE - There are fewer instances in which we provide refunds for purchases of liquidated merchandise:

  • Damage - Because liquidated merchandise may already have some minor wear and tear to its packaging or, if it is sourced as returned merchandise, we do not provide refunds for such purchases. We do our best to avoid selling any obviously damaged merchandise or items with missing components, but we do not and will not provide any guarantees or refunds on liquidated merchandise purchases. All of our items are clearly marked as to their condition, so it is the customer's responsibility to make themselves aware and choose whether or not to purchase liquidated merchandise.
  • Incorrect Item(s) - As with new items, in the event we ship the wrong merchandise to you, we will offer you the opportunity to keep it, in which case we may (at our discretion) offer a partial account credit as compensation for the inconvenience. You may also choose to return it to us (at your expense) and receive a full credit to your account, which does not include the return shipping cost.
  • Incorrect Item Count(s) - Also as with new items, we do our best to ensure accuracy in our shipping but will occasionally make mistakes and ship an incorrect ordered quantity. In such cases we may, at our discretion, offer an account credit for the missing item(s).

MISSING SHIPMENTS
Under no circumstance will we provide a refund for a purchase which was successfully delivered to the provided address by the shipping company but is not received by the customer. We bear no responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses or for shipments which may be stolen, misplaced, or otherwise damaged after they have been delivered. We strongly suggest that our customers provide a shipping address where a responsible party can present to receive their shipments upon delivery by the carrier.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
All customers who use our site and make purchases must agree to the above terms and condition of refunds, with no exceptions. Customers with questions are encouraged to send them to us by emailing Customer Service, and we promise a prompt reply.
