Last updated on March 21, 2023
The following constitutes the Terms & Conditions of Service for use of the Moose Creek Traders Business Line of Credit.
No warranty or promise made, either in writing or verbally, shall supercede, negate, or replace the terms as set forth herein.
Qualifications for application - To qualify for a Moose Creek Traders Business Line of Credit ("Line"), a customer
must be a Premiere Club
™ member and meet the following
minimum conditions:
- The customer must apply for a Line as a business. Personal credit lines are not available.
- The applying business must have been in business a minimum of ninety (90) days and be able to provide identifying information which includes,
but may not be limited to, business name, physical address, Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), contact person, contact email,
and contact telephone. Copies of business formation documents may be requested during the review process if information cannot be otherwise verified.
- The customer's Premiere Club™ membership must be in good standing.
Use of Line of Credit - The Moose Creek Traders Business Line of Credit is valid for purchasing merchandise shipments from Moose Creek Traders only.
It cannot be used with any other vendor and does not offer or otherwise provide cash advances.
Application review - Upon receipt of a properly-completed application, Moose Creek Traders will begin a
review of the application and furnish a decision promptly via email. The review process may include verification of the company's business filings with the appropriate
state authority and obtaining a business credit report from one or more business credit reporting agencies. In the event further documentation or investigation is required to make a credit
determination, the customer will be notified and provided with adequate opportunity to submit the necessary document(s) or details. For customers who are
approved, the granted credit line will be available and ready for use immediately.
Right to grant or refuse to grant credit - Moose Creek Traders reserves the right to grant, or refuse to grant, credit to
any applicant business. Moose Creek Traders also reserves the right to grant, or refuse to grant, a request for an increase of an existing
credit line. In the event of a denial, the customer will be provided with a written explanation of the reason(s) for the decision,
and is welcome to request further details by writing to Moose Creek Traders.
Approval terms - If approved, a customer will be granted an interest-free NET-60 credit line with an initial limit of between
$1,000.00 and $5,000.00. Customers with credit lines less than the $5,000 maximum may request increases in the limit as often as every 90 days,
although customers may request a one-time temporary increase to accomodate the purchase of special or very large shipments. In the event a customer
receives such a one-time increase, they will not be eligible for any further credit purchases until or unless they pay down their account balance to less
than the maximum normal credit limit established for their account.
Invoicing - Invoices on purchases made with the Moose Creek Traders Business Line of Credit are generated and sent to account holders
via email within 24 hours of the completed purchase. Invoices are also available for viewing and payment online via the 'My Account' menu option once a
member has signed into their account. It is the account holder's responsibility to make themselves aware of any outstanding invoices in the event the
emailed copy of the invoice does not arrive.
Payments and penalties - Invoices issued under a customer's credit line are due no more than sixty (60) calendar days for NET-60 accounts
and ninety (90) calendar days for NET-90 accounts from the date they are generated. Payment must be received by us on or before the due date in order to not
be counted as delinquent. While the credit line granted by Moose Creek Traders is interest-free, it is subject to a 1.5% per day late fee, to a maximum of 20%
of the unpaid balance balance. Partial prepayments are accepted; however, this does not absolve the customer from ensuring payment of the full amount of the
invoice by the due date.
Delinquency and non-payment - In the event a customer's account becomes overdue by more than seven (7) calendar days, Moose Creek
Traders may suspend part or all of the available credit line until such time the delinquency is resolved, including any and all accrued late fees.
In the event the account becomes delinquent for more than twenty (20) days, Moose Creek Traders shall permanently revoke the granted credit line and
institute collection proceedings. Further, the customer will be barred from cash purchases of shipments until such time the deficiency is cured.
Reporting - Moose Creek Traders shall report all credit account activity to multiple credit reporting agencies, to include each
customer's company information, maximum credit limit, terms, purchase activity, and payment performance. Moose Creek Traders reports new accounts starting with the
first monthly reporting cycle following the date when a business line of credit is approved. Tradeline reporting occurs on the first business day of
each month. Moose Creek Traders does not have any control over how credit bureaus to whom customer credit data is furnished will utilize the data
provided. Customers may request information on the agencies to whom Moose Creek Traders is currently reporting by sending a request email to
Information@MooseCreekTraders.com. Such requests will be promptly answered upon receipt.
BY REQUESTING AND USING A MOOSE CREEK TRADERS BUSINESS LINE OF CREDIT, THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AS SET FORTH ABOVE, AND THAT THEY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL ITS PROVISIONS.
